It is always nice to put a face to a name and a business. I wont go on about me as this is completely about you. However I am Beth-anne the CEO of BReal.
I am a woman wanting to change the world of mental health help.
I have been around and seen what being stuck in life can do and what can happen to your mental health if you do not put it as a priority. This has made me determined to help everyone be the best version of themselves and put themselves first!!
Through working with people I have learned that your mindset, how you view yourself and the world is the biggest thing to happiness and achieving the life you want.
BReal is a company that wants to change the industry which I believe is lacking support and help for everyone. We want to be affordable and someone you can turn to not just when you are feeling low but when you need a professional friendly face for advice or anything at all.
In this day and age people are happy to pay £20 for a take away or an item of clothing. I dont think there is a better way to spend £20 than on yourself! Changing the way you think and feel to create the life you have always wanted. Now thats a good investment.

I have created this business for everyone from every walk of life. Here at BReal we are very open minded honest and not judgemental in anyway.
We are different as we have a concept that is so out there some people may be confused by it. We are genuinely here for you. Not money, not status or any other reward than to help you.
Here at BReal we genuinely want to change how help is distributed and to really make sure everyone no matter where you came from or where you are now knows help is available and that if you are stuck it is okay.
I have seen people on a daily basis be put on a waiting list for help or keep living a life that they are not happy with....Life is too short we are here to change that!!
